The fun continues: I sent my customers side pipes for the 3rd time to Jet Hot because of light areas (they are black) and other problems as stated earlier. Bob called today and said they can find no problem, the coating looks fine to him and his quality dept. Beyond the dents and scratchs they must be blind not to see a light area on a black surface. Since this is the 3rd time, I told them to re-coat in the silver color because they had 2 chances to make the black correct and couldn't. Since they can't find a problem they want to charge an extra $100 for the color change. This ticks me off to no end. I had to deliver the customer car last week, so of course it needed sidepipes, I had to install a new painted set on his car. Now I'll be stuck with a used set of sidepipes when his come in and the chance I will have to pay $100 more on the old pipes. It's hard to sell a $400 set of used sidepipes as new. I love Jet Hot's customer service. If I worked this way I would have been belly up long ago. What happened to the days of customer satisfaction. Jet Hot needs to look at their new location and find the problem. I'm so happy to see the competition on their tails, I know their quality will win. Another lost Jet Hot customer.
