Default Matching up drag radials with what fronts?

I giving serious thought to putting on a set of Nitto 555r drag radials on the rear and match that up with Nitto's NT555 on the front, similar looking tire. Seems unusual to consider putting a "matching" drag radial style on the front. These will be 17s, 315 rear and 235 or 245 fronts. Street use only, no wet weather. Working at solving the old rear traction problem on the street. Dangerous at times.

Anyone done this or have any comments.

Thanks,
