They decided to do the pipes for no charge (how nice of them). They said I was to picky because there was not a quality problem. They will re-do the black pipes in silver. What I found out is they coat the pipes with the ceramic material, then, they have a special black paint to cover the ceramic. What a waste of money. I can paint the pipes for $4. You have the benefit of the ceramic but the black will need to be touched up all the time. If I would have known this I wouldn't have had them done in black. They need to comunicate with their customers. Unless Bob has his head up his butt and doesn't know what he's talking about. I was accused of scratching and denting the pipes, since they always plug the end of the pipes there is no way they could have been full of cleaning beads. Their solution is to let them burn out. I love having to take abuse from a supplier. I wonder how long I have to wait to get them back. It's only been about 6 months since this all began.
