You could take it off and take it to a place that can bead blast it. It will look new, but will be a little raw. You would probably need to seal it with a clear finish or have it polished to maintain the nice finish.

If you glass bead it, take it and put it on a shelf to look at. No matter what you you do, you will NEVER get all the glass beads out of it. Gee, what will a couple of glass beads do when they hit the walls of your cylinders or better yet, get into you
oil system and run around your main bearings a couple of times..........
