The trick is that you need to show multiple year registrations or insurance paperwork so prove the car was not "just washed" through Georgia (AKA: Titled Unlimited fiasco). Proof of residency (do all paperwork the same day) goes a long way to keeping the hounds from digging deeper in to your car.
