Yeah? Well I felt gutted when Shane van Gisbergen was denied what would have been his first victory when his Ford sputtered and died 250 metres from the finish line. The Queensland-based Stone Brothers team gambled on the fuel lasting, and lost.
At least he managed to coast to the line and finish third.
A cruel result but yet another Ford Queensland team won the title!! DJR is now the most successful team in Super Car V8 history.
Go the Fords! And more importantly....Go the Queenslanders !!!!!
