Look closely at the first photo where they are holding a sheet on the drivers side. Then look at the photo of the drivers side of the car. The photo has been photo-shopped to cover up an area where the driver was probably thrown around strapped to his harness and ended up outside the vehicle, and crushed by the vehicle. "Ejected" but not thrown clear. Notice also the doors are gone. This car rolled over but the top and windscreen never touched the ground. Perhaps the car spun in the air and the door flying open was clipped off when it struck the ground. I can only imagine what a person would go through loosely strapped in.
