John, I have not been to M&M, but the google map showed a seedy menudo shop. What's with that? I was just wanting to see what the building looked like.

If you think it is still a place .. let's make a plan. As an out of the way alternative, I was thinking of Sonny Bryan's on Campbell Rd in Richardson. It is one block east of Coit.
