You could always find out what parts they are missing, source them yourself, and overnight them to the shop.

Seriously, whew. I've had to wait for parts before too. But, this just doesn't sound right. There may be a back story with your build. Maybe, they are finding a way to get you some more power, or they found an error and had to start from scratch. Maybe it broke on the dyno and they had to build a new one.

Feel for you no matter what. Hopefully, it will be a great build no mater what.
