WTF? Pulling an engine back out because the starter motor doesn't match up with the holes? That doesn't make sense. It can be tricky to get to one of the bolts with the primaries on, in fact I think we went over that ad nauseam in my lame, but lengthy and mildly entertaining, thread on lockwashers this past summer. But pulling the engine back out because the starter's bolt configuration doesn't match up to the block and bellhousing?!? Someone will have to explain that one to me....

EDIT -- I remembered you're getting an auto trans in that thing, maybe that's it.... Still seems strange to me, though.
