Schidt, Greg! Glad for the minimal damage and you gtg.

The answer is contained within the space between the adapter and the rim .. it's as if there was one pin installed on a lug and it broke because there were no pins installed on the other lugs. Or perhaps the pins were the wrong thread and pulled out. Pretty freaky
