.....Vehicles must be presented with an eye to what is deemed to be acceptable for full registration.(ROADWORTHY)
...and maybe any insurance would be handled through the Club or Vic Roads, probably a good question that could be answered by those whom control it at the CCCV.
...you would have to agree that 99.9 % of the vehicles in the Australian clubs are very well maintained and in most cases over-engineered and Roadworthy even those major failures are very rare.
