Default Hotel Reservation Problems
Hi everyone
Tried to reserve a room at the hotel the other day via the web site. Couldn't get it done for whatever reason. Called tonight and the hotel staff said that there were no more rooms available at the TCC rate. However they would let me have a room for around $240! No one working tonight had the authority to lower the rate. Said that I should call back tomorrow morning and talk to a Roland. Can't believe that all of the rooms are booked.
