Sean Hyland runs a 4.6 with an 8 stack never made it to production the flow numbers wern't as good as the fr500 intake or a fix runner design as used in grand am, he has all the flow numbers in his site. Your 96 has irc charge plates completly diff from that setup, if you remove those you will actually make more power, there is a reason the 8 stack isnt a common mod on the mod motor, mpg, i can get 27 miles to the gallon, aint happining with an 8 stack I dont care how good you tune it.
