Car carrier delivered my car tonight around 8:30. What a beauty! The Webers run pretty fat down low, especially when cold, but keep the Rs above 2500 and it stays happy. Also learned that you need judicial throttle use down low; too much throttle and the engine loads up but hold on when those Webers clear out. The 392 has a pretty clean idle, pulls very hard and sounds great. Who needs a radio!
It was funny how many cars tried to race. I would just let them power on by while I eased through the gears. BTW, beautiful weather here tonight; 72 and clear.
