Default CT registration -- out of state title (non cobra)
I bought a car from an Ohio resident. In Ohio, you have to have the sale notarized by the county clerk. We are both out of state. He signed the title and gave it to me without doing it in front of a Notary. Anyone know if I will have trouble when I bring it to CT DMV and try to register with it without the notary?

Should we find a notary here who will notarize it for us?

This is a non-cobra minivan.
