I've been driving my Cobra for awhile - no spare tire but luck has won out - no flats or other issues. The trunk can accommodate a wheel/tire - is there a setup other than buying an additional and expensive wheel as are on the car that should be considered or do most of you go without a spare and/or carry one on those temporary inflation cans?
