I'm about to ditch the old Goodrich RTAs and at the same time go to a ten inch rear rim. I'm staying with the 15s.

My preferred size choice for rear tyres is 295/50X15, and I'm seeking comments from owners of this size tyre as to the brand they've chosen, together with any comments, good or bad, from their experience of them. If you could also state whether they were sourced locally or from OS, that would be helpful too.

I'm not looking for track day jobbies at this stage, just good road tyres.
