Yes we grabbed this house from a 90 year old had had a great life with her husband in it. It had a good feeling and is very light and open plan.

The architect who designed it studied under the Californian modern architects and understood Eichler etc.

Anne and my trip to Palm Springs was to visit the inspiration of the house. To see the work of the leading architects in the modern design.
