You might be experiencing a false positive warning for malware that is based on the contents of one of the banners on the home page.
Since they rotate, you wouldn't see it all the time.
If you get the message again, anytime in the future, note if the message window contains a URL or an IP address of the offender.
That would be all I would need, if this was the case.
