here are the details, I totally missed the fact that replicas are allowed - wow is this ever a bonus for us Mexicans! I know I do not plan to drive my Cobra more than 90 days a year so this is perfect for me, not only will I save hundreds on rego per year, but I don't need silly things like triple wipers

Dave, this part can cancel out the VIN/roadworthy requirement, as Club/engineer can provide the written "proof" that the vehicle is safe for road use;

in the case of a club historic vehicle that is not a street rod, a current certificate of roadworthiness or a letter from a scrutineer authorised by the club, stating that the vehicle is safe for use on the road
