PS: You will love downtown, great shops, and plenty of good restaurants. If you are working in Manhattan, you will also like the train/bus schedules.....Make sure to get a parking permit though.....Ask how I know

Now there's one place I'll never live, it would be a cold day down below before I would let them dictate what I could and could not have behind my closed garage door as long as you're not using it for commercial purposes. I got a problem with that !!
