Thanks for the great info. I may be moving full time into my vacation home in the Adirondacks. I registered my scratch built Cobra in my current state of NH. They put a vin on it and registered it as a 65 Cobra. Do you know how NY would treat this car if I wanted to register it there? (I know that they will want sales tax on it!!!!) John
