Default The Anal-Retentive Guide to Trunk Organization
Created a panel to fit within the spare tire carrier of my ERA. I painted it with bed-liner, and then hooked in straps to tie down my tool box, scissor jack, and jumper/compressor box.

Here is how it came out:
