Default CRII horn

Jim, the CRII did use a relay inside the car for the horns. Simply unplug the stock horns, hit the horn button and feel the relays for the one that is clicking when you hit the button. Once you identify the relay, pull it out and look at the amp rating on it. If it is the same rating as the one that came with the air horns, reuse it. If not, replace it with the one that came with the kit. It should plug right in. I belive the 50 amp relays have bigger terminals on them and would have to be wired seperate with the approate wire gauge.

Be sure that you have a good ground on the compressor, I would go to the engine block instead of the chassie. I just completed my build and my horns are on the right above the rack and pinion. I grounded to the block. If these are true air horns, the wires go to the compressor, not the horn. Hope this helps you.
