Thanks ....only a further 15 mins at the most ... waratah drv lower templestowe - Google Maps.,but really quiet street no advantaged thoroughfare for anything...high side of hill, really close for park and ride transport to the City for Janene's Docklands job though another 25 min for me to work  ..... Primary School 200 mtrs away for my daughter!!...and yes lots of birds in trees....
