I have a little play in the steering, which I have located. It's at the slipjoint half-circle (flattened) steering shaft coming through the footbox.
My questions are:

Is there supposed to be something (bushing maybe) there?
Is there anything I can do to tighten it up?

Or, do I just need to replace either the steering shaft or the flattened part.
