Guys I know it may be a bit of a job??or not???
Is it a possibility or a condition of posting For Sale ads that they are in turn closed by the Vendor once SOLD ??...there are just so many that appear to remain available when in fact they are SOLD....and would clean up the classified area!!
Could I suggest that Pictures should be manditory on For Sale items and to remain listed a picture must be posted within 3 days otherwise listing should be removed too many are just lazy and say they can or will post pic's if PM or emailed if you can do that then you should post pics here in the 1st instance!!
This policy works really well on other forums and makes the Classified area a very Honest ,informative and usable forum.
