Forgot to answer your second question.

The rpm at which it peaks just depends on the camshaft and head flow. We can make it do whatever we want it to do.

Also keep in mind that those numbers on that other thread are engine sim numbers and are usually a little high, although the rpm peaks are usually dead on. Any engine that will approach 600hp @ 6000 is something to be respectful of.
