In Houston when its 100F late in the day (4PM) with 30% humidity my cast-iron FE runs at thermostat temps (185F) down the highway. At idle or in stop-and-go traffic it will creep up maybe 5-10 degrees, but I haven't seen 200F since installing the Taurus fan.
