I'm using a 50/50 mix for the coolant, and a bottle of water wetter.
I will try the 16# cap and see if that helps.
Fan does not have a shroud. Are there any pre made or does a person make their own?
The fan is a puller.
Last resort will be a dual fan setup.

P.S. no winter driving here, in fact not after October as it starts getting pretty cold.
