Just got back from an extended trip and read about Freddie's passing.
For those of us who had the privilege of knowing him, we will truely miss our friend.
For those who didn't have the pleasure of meeting him; you missed out on one of the best - a true friend to anyone he met.
Freddie was "The Party" not just one of the guests.
Like TC has said; Flying Freddie's ribs are the best, and I too will think of him every time I light up the smoker. FF's secret: dry rub! and slow and low cook!
