I just swapped my stock mufflers for a set of Lobak augers and they are night and day compared to the glasspacks. They have a much different sound than the glasspacks and the engine seems to wind up much faster. Lobak makes 2 different sizes of augers- I went with the smaller core set up which they said were slightly quieter than the larger core auger that they offered because I was actualy trying to quiet it down a bit from stock. I am not sure if they are actually quieter than the glasspacks, but the sound is more mellow and much less harsh at idle than the glasspacks, but when you mash the throttle they howl and sound great.
