Thats pretty cool that SPF fabs their own hub carrier! First time I've actually seen one.
The outer joint looks like mine. I'm going to say they are standard Ford T-Bird from the looks of it. I still have an old one laying on my workbench.

FYI, The Driveshaft Shop built my axles. So another plug for them.
