Dear Dawn Patrol Enthusiast,

I have always admired Larry's confidence behind the wheel, and now in his confidence in the weather. I am likewise "in," making a last minute call on local rain. As he said, north side of Parker on Los Rios. Looking forward to seeing all brave souls.

Frankly, I can't believe we are sweating out the rain. Don't get me wrong now; I am happy to have it and happy to hear some folks south of Austin got their first real measurable amounts of rain perhaps for only a second time in over a year. NE George Bush corridor forecast calls for showers to end by 1:00am, but I have always been optimistic regarding the chance of rain.
