Tea,...lol.
With the blue wire installed at that location and grounded on the top keeps blowing fuses. The only way I can get the motor to work is to ground that blue wire as I have done. You can see the blue wire connected to the black and then grounded. This is the only way the motor will work...one speed (high) and No park.
