Hi CobraEd, I have a set of those headers...Classic Roadsters Ltd. They fit the 351w. They are in good shape, I replaced the 351 with a 429 and I won't be needing them anymore. The only problem is, shipping from here to your friend in Virginia will probably cost more than the headers are worth.
