I had a heating problem when I installed my new aluminum Shelby motor. Worked fine on the road, but overheated in the city. Retained my puller fan and had a custom shroud built. Still fine on the road, but when I slow down I flip the fan switch on and it remains at 180 degrees F. Nice and cool. The footbox vents sound like a great way to keep your feets cool.
