My initial thoughts originally
mirrored Silverback's. Upon further
reflection however, it occurred to me that the mirrors on these open prototype racers are designed to allow rearward visibility in a low slung car with all sorts of bulges getting in the way of a normal mirror. Sort of the the same issue faced by Cobra drivers.
Sitting high on stalks, they would probably be practical. The carbon fiber ones might even be kinda sporty - especially on an all black Cobra. At the end of the day
you have to decide how
you think they would look on
