A Turnkey is not out of the option. But actually building one is something that I've been wanting to do for a long time. I didn't mention the state I was in because I didn't think it had that much of an impact. Arizona is the state, and again didn't think it would be that much of an impact.

I've already did some looking around FFA and Kirkham. The starting kits and the price that they were offering them is what is making this possible. And yet at the same time I know I have A LOT more research to be done before I even start.

Again thanks for the reply, and letting me know that what I would like is something that is actually possible. I see spread sheets, notes and lots of browsing in my future!
