I will speak only to the true, 6 pin drive system from ERA, since that is what I have. They use a different backspacing on the front wheels (ie, not original Cobra backspacing), so "no" you can't use them elsewhere without modifications. And I'm not even sure if you can get a 6 pin system from anybody but the "big three" (ERA, CSX, KMS).
