i have been looking into different carbs for my 445 fe and at one time one of the kirkhams had mentioned he liked the holley 830 with annular boosters this is the one that has no choke but still has the choke horn it is under 500.00
it lists that it has a competion fuel curve. i like the carb but do not like the choke horn, i also see that holley has a nascar 830 carb with either annular boosters or with down leg boosters this carb has no choke horn but has a race fuel curve. here is my question what is the difference between the competion fuel curve and the race fuel curve and can the race curve be changed to be used on the street?.
