All OK. Problem solved.
We had to enter a UK post code to open an account and then do an "address edit" for the postal address. It still seems a cumbersome system posting the tickets to the other side of the world. It would have been much simpler to email them to me and I could have printed them. Much faster and definitely more secure.
Anyway, all done. Roll on September!
