Hi Guys

I started the car last night and it fired up fine but had a rough idle around 600 rpm (normal cold idle is 1200), and after 20 seconds the idle picked up and started rumbling fast. Shut it down and waited 30 minutes, fired her back up again and the same thing happened

So this morning I took my air cleaner off today (car was not running) and noticed the secondaries were stuck open half way. Couldn't move the valve, and the arm was stuck as well. Toggled the arm back and forth a few times and freed it. Now it is loose and opens and snaps shut freely when I move the arm.

Haven't started it up yet but I was wondering if you guys can tell me the obvious symptoms of stuck open vacuum secondaries?
