It explains everything in detail from the DMV visit to the CHP and BAR inspections to the final registration and title process. I would add that the document was written in 2009 when SB-100's were in high demand so there are some up front comments that do not apply today. For example I went in on December 21st and got an SB-100 number and there were still a dozen or so still available (that would have been unheard of a few years ago)
