Hi Derek --

I live in Auburn, CA and am getting ready to purchase a Backdraft Cobra from out-of-state. I've tried to do my best research on the SB100 process, but would welcome any helpful hints you might provide.

If I purchase a previously titled car, to I just need the title and bill of sale? There is no "mileage" requirement for a re-sale to be qualified as smog exempt?

Any feedback is helpful!!
