Thanks Folks. I appreciate the replies. I was debating going to DMV with the electronic copy of the copy I have received. Apparently I found out there is a special department at the DMV that I can call to discuss. Now if I can only get routed to the right department. My main concern was the emissions piece. I know they don't do smog testing but I am not sure I can convince them I have catalytic converters hidden inside the huge sidepipes. ;-)
