My reasoning that there should be less
oil mist in the valley than in the rocker covers. I also went with 2x #10 fittings since I haven't got any PCV connection pulling vacuum so needed plenty of airflow.
The other advantage of doing this is that it leaves the rocker covers completely uncluttered. Remove 4 bolts on each side and you are servicing the rocker gear.
