Less worthwhile? I don't think so. I think some of us replica freaks would be all over it. The lack of popularity of the 64 block is, in large, due to the fact that there is no good racing bellhousing. I would have re-popped them, had the situation been better. The drawback with re-mfg them is that a new pattern needs to be made, to do it accurately. If one were to use the original bellhousing as a pattern, the copy would come out about 1/8" smaller, due to the cast iron(Ductile Iron) shrinkage rate. With that said, there is now a mfg on ebay making a bellhousing for the 5 bolt pattern. It isn't CI, nor accurate for Cobra Replica use...but it looks as if there is now an option! The Bellhousings are out there, diligence will produce one in time
