Cam gear appears fine from visual-now that i am looking closely at the dist gears they are def different material, the one i took out is steel and smooth where the one that came on the replacement is rough like cast would be. The flourescent green tag says "ONLY " for use with flat tappet....billet cams require a steel or bronze gear". My A.D.D. has struck again-I guess a few
oil changes are in order.
